We want to give our clients the best possible service, however, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.

In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage. If you would like to make a formal complaint, then you can read our full complaints procedure below.

Stage 1

Discuss your concerns with the person who is dealing with your matter. They will have 7 days to provide a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.

Stage 2

If you are not happy with the reply provided by the person normally dealing with your case you can ask them to refer the matter to their manager. The manager will consider your complaint and carry out an investigation and will provide a proposed solution within ten business days. If the matter is complex and it takes longer to deal with your complaint, we will contact you within ten business days to give you an approximate timescale of when you can expect a response. If we believe it would be helpful, we may suggest a meeting.

Stage 3

If, following investigation by the manager, you remain dissatisfied with the response then you can ask for your complaint to be referred to the managing director by email, soil.miah@artonlaw.co.uk, or by post at 20A High Street, Stratford, E15 4PP.

Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your case.
